This policy explains how Adsyntiq collects and uses information submitted through this website. It does not yet describe the processing terms that will apply when Adsyntiq receives access to a client’s advertising accounts; those terms should be addressed in the applicable service agreement and data-processing documentation.
Information we collect
We may collect the information you provide through the account-review form, including your name, work email, company, website, market, advertising platforms, approximate media spend, objectives, tracking status, and service requirements.
How we use information
We use submitted information to assess service fit, respond to inquiries, recommend a service level, prepare a proposal, maintain business records, protect the website, and comply with applicable obligations.
Account credentials and sensitive data
Do not submit advertising-account passwords, customer lists, payment information, health information, or other sensitive data through the website. If an engagement proceeds, advertising access must be granted through the proper Google or Meta business-permission process.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare to host and protect the website, verify form submissions, route inquiry notifications, and deliver submitted information to our designated inbox. We may also use analytics, email, security, and business-operation providers. They may process information only as required to provide their services. Optional analytics is not loaded until website consent is provided.
Retention
Inquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your inquiry, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
