This page identifies key providers that may process limited information for the Adsyntiq website or contracted services. A provider is a subprocessor only where it processes personal information on Adsyntiq’s behalf in the relevant context.
Current website providers
Cloudflare, Inc. — website delivery, Workers, security, DNS, Turnstile bot verification, access controls, and related infrastructure. Processing locations may be global.
Resend, Inc. — transactional delivery of account-review notifications from the website to Adsyntiq’s designated inbox. Processing may occur in the United States and other documented locations.
Google LLC / Google Workspace — business email, communications, and private storage of submitted client briefing text files in Drive.
OpenAI, L.L.C. — when a client chooses “Generate with AI” on the private briefing form, processes their public website URL and a bounded text extract to prepare editable questionnaire answers through the API. Budget, market, and other private form answers are not sent for that draft.
Google LLC / Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — consent-gated tag delivery and optional website analytics. Advertising signals and ad-personalization features are disabled in the website configuration.
Service-delivery platforms
Google LLC / Google Ads and Google Cloud — official OAuth authorization, advertising-account connectivity, campaign data access, and cloud project services where configured.
Meta Platforms, Inc. — official business authorization and Meta advertising-account connectivity where configured.
Planned AI-assisted processing
Adsyntiq is developing additional AI-assisted campaign planning, monitoring, analysis, and reporting capabilities. The separate public account-review enquiry form does not automatically send its data to an AI model.
Provider changes
Providers may change as systems mature. Material changes affecting contracted client data will be handled under the applicable agreement and notice process. Customers with specific residency, security, or subprocessor requirements should raise them before onboarding.
