You must not interfere with its operation, bypass security, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape at a harmful rate, misuse forms, probe infrastructure without written permission, or use site content to mislead others about affiliation with Adsyntiq.

Service and pricing information

Website descriptions and starting prices are general information, not a binding offer. Eligibility, scope, account limits, availability, fees, taxes, payment terms, and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins. Advertising spend and third-party platform charges are separate from Adsyntiq service fees unless expressly agreed.

No performance guarantee

Advertising performance depends on factors including budget, offer, market demand, competition, website experience, creative, measurement quality, sales follow-up, platform systems, and external conditions. Adsyntiq does not guarantee leads, revenue, return on advertising spend, or another specific result.

Account review requests

Submitting a request does not create a contract, approve advertising activity, grant account access, reserve capacity, or guarantee acceptance. You confirm that information submitted is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit passwords, payment details, customer lists, health information, or other sensitive information through the form.

AI-assisted systems

Descriptions of AI-assisted or automated capabilities refer to operational assistance that may be used or introduced progressively for planning, drafting, monitoring, analysis, and quality checks. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and is not a substitute for accurate client inputs, platform review, or agreed specialist controls. Exact active capabilities, safeguards, and approval boundaries are defined in the applicable service documents.

Intellectual property

The Adsyntiq name, identity, website design, source material, written content, and proprietary service descriptions are owned by or licensed to Adsyntiq. You may not reproduce, resell, remove notices from, or represent them as another provider’s work without written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Third-party platforms

Google, Meta, Cloudflare, Resend, analytics, AI, and other third-party products are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical systems. Platform outages, policy decisions, suspensions, interface changes, auction conditions, and data discrepancies may be outside Adsyntiq’s control. Adsyntiq is not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless expressly stated.

No warranties

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, and completeness of website information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation for website use
